The Club lounge package provided excellent value with delicious dinner meals and drinks. The location was convenient, right in the center of the city. The hotel was just next to the subway and within walking distance to a shopping mall. The new subway line being built in the area will make transportation even easier. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Turkey dinner was great, the mashed potatoes were creamy. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which had a nice view of the city.

The pool was freezing, we couldn't swim at all. The bathroom sliding door kept coming off the tracks.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the business district and tourist attractions. It offers stunning views of the sea and is just a stone's throw away from a mall and multiple shopping centers. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with superb service from the staff. the breakfast buffet is ample and delicious, served in a spacious executive lounge.

Some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom and difficulty controlling the tap temperature. there were situations where other guests lacked awareness of common courtesy in public spaces, such as cutting in line and taking someone else's table at breakfast.
